Warsaw 1927

An exhibition of stereoscopic photographs of Warsaw taken in the autumn of 1927. It shows the representative and best-known parts of the old city centre, as well as districts less often visited by tourists - Solec, Praga, and even Wołomin, then a popular summer resort.

The Great Synagogue on Tłomackie, the Grand Theatre building, the square behind the Iron Gate, metropolitan Marszałkowska street and the Saxon Garden, and on the other hand the poverty of Mariensztat and the tenements of Rybaki - these and many other images come from the collection of Tomasz Bielawski.

The exhibition has been open since 12 August 2026, daily except Tuesdays, from 10.00 to 18.00.
